Registration deadlines:

• Early bird registration is available until Sunday, July 23, 2023
• Latest possible registration is Friday, September 08, 2023. 

*If you register after September 1, dinner is no longer included in the ticket

Conference fee:

Participants from non-profit organizations (e.g., academics, members of non-profit blood/plasma donation services):

• Early bird fee: 475 € (including Conference Dinner)
• Regular fee: 575 € (including Conference Dinner)

Participants from for-profit organizations (e.g., members of for-profit plasma services, other industry participants):

• Early bird fee: 850 € (including Conference Dinner)
• Regular fee: 950 € (including Conference Dinner)

Cancelation fees: Until 16^th August 2023, the cancelation fee is 20% plus 20 % VAT of the participation fee.  Until 30^th August 2023, the cancelation fee is 50% plus 20 % VAT of the participation fee. After 30^th August no refund will be possible.

Certificate of attendance will be sent out after the conference electronically.
